You are an exceptional copywriter and leader in conceptualizing and delivering our thought-provoking, boundary-pushing, channel agnostic creativity. Responsible for devising, developing, and supporting with the delivery of campaigns, you will be the custodian of Manifest’s Bold, Beautiful and Brilliant philosophy every single day.

What you’ll do:

  • Work alongside insights and strategy team to dissect a new business brief
  • Work alongside the strategy team to ensure strategic direction / creative platform into something that has the potential be produce creative work
  • Lead the creative brainstorming process for new business briefs and briefs from existing clients
  • Share relevant insights, trends and think pieces with the team to inspire creativity across the agency
  • Be a leader behind building creative, actionable, 360 campaigns
  • Help develop junior creatives and wider team through mentorship
  • Be involved in visualizing campaign through design work – either taking this on yourself or working alongside our Executive Creative Director
  • Show an understanding of core comms disciplines, including but not limited to: PR, social media, influencer relations, advertising, and stunts
  • Be involved in new business pitches – responsible for presenting our creative approach and ideas
  • Be involved in existing client meetings to present new ideas with the support of the core account team
  • Work alongside creative production to support in the execution of campaigns, ensuring that creative integrity and high quality remains
  • Brief in and feedback on design work where appropriate for current clients and new business assets
  • Help refine Manifest’s creative process and its seamless integration with other departments
  • Honor and maintain Manifest’s creative manifesto and help build Manifest’s reputation as a creative leader
  • Work alongside Creatives and Creative Directors in other offices to offer creative support when needed
  • Work alongside Managing Partner to explore future Creative hires

Salary and benefits:

  • Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000
